In return, we seek individual performance that exceeds normal expectations and a commitment of long-term loyalty to the Company. And third, we believe that we must manage and operate our properties and businesses successfully and profitably with a primary focus on delivering quality, innovation and value to the services and products that we offer.
Growth Strategy
AmeriCare is an opportunistic company with an entrepreneurial foundation for growth. The anticipated focus for growth over the next several years will be the acquisition of existing retirement communities and medical office properties that offer sufficient cash flow returns on invested capital. Although the Company has historically focused on the sole ownership of such properties, the AmeriCare has now expanded its interests to include participating investments in selected assets in which it acts as manager of the property and the ownership entity. The Company is currently looking for opportunities to invest in and manage such real estate assets.
